Congratulations to everyone. Special congratulations to freshman Stephanie Simpson in breaking the 5000m run record in 18:21. Go watch the races tomorrow!!

Congrats to Simpson on her 5k....

and to Tanesha Maxwell on her 100m and 200m times...pretty solid...

and to Setlzer on her 10k time....

and to Gerber on his 5k race....

Both 4 x 400m relay teams are getting to a pertty high level....nationally top teams do 3:04 for men and 3:30 for women...not there but still pretty good and getting better...I would love to see our men run the 4 x 400m against some SEC teams......put them in with Arkansas, LSU and Florida and you would have a heck of a race...
