NCAA Playoffs (Non DI-A)

11/24 DI-AA: First Round
12/01 DI-AA: Quarterfinals
12/07 DI-AA: Semifinals
12/08 DI-AA: Semifinals
12/14 DI-AA: Championship

Doesn't appear too complicated on how to crown a champion in this division. Too bad the "big boys" aren't intelligent enough to figure out a system to decide their national champ.

I agree with you, HB. I love this format. Put the top teams in the country. Think about it: Just because there is a number 1 team does not mean they are really the number 1 team. Besides, the BCS is just lame.

FYI...

It's the NCAA Division I playoffs. ;)

I-AA? That's old nomenclature!

And, should be noted there is one first round game on that Friday and the other seven are on that opening Saturday. We're all hoping that it's Delaware St @ Delaware on Friday as that is a game that would bring a lot of attention to FCS.

BCS is all about the money.....FCS is about settling the issue on the field...we are playing different "games".... find a way for FBS to generate more money with a playoff and they will do that the next year....
the FCS payoffs will be great football ......

GoBears!!

I wonder if this area will get any radio coverage of the FCS playoffs.
