Brad Parrott once made his living influencing opinion.
In a way, he still does.
A former lobbyist for SBC — now AT&T — Parrott helped transform a regional phone company into a national superpower. Now, as the Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs at UTSA, Parrott hopes university administrators can orchestrate a similar transformation within the athletic department.
