That's stupid. If you win home field, you should also get game 3.

Anyway... Texas escaped with the 6-4 win dang it.
It was a great game. The ending was exciting even though the wrong team won. Man, I love college sports so much more than anything professional. The passion college athletes have is so great. There's rarely a moment like that with pros.

Man I just want to send a shout out to everyone who doubted the Longhorns. Not only did they make it to the CWS but its the 4th straight time and its the 32nd appearance in Longhorn history!! Now they have their hands full with that bunch from Baylor, but one thing I was told a long time ago "Anyone can win on any given day"-unknown.

I know it's determined beforehand, and if there were no "upsets" this wouldn't have happened- but it stinks that the two SEC and two Big XII teams have to play each other first thing. Right off the bat one team from each conference is put at a HUGE disadvantage to win the whole thing. Oh well, I guess I just like to complain.

yeah this is a situation where I would want to see reseeding once the CWS began. That way you could keep this from happening.

3 Big 12
2 SEC
2-PAC 10
1-C-USA

W/out looking, you could almost say it was bound to happen anyway with all the multiple teams from the same conference in the CWS this season.
