The Super Regionals have been very fun to watch. Whether they were blowouts or comeback wins (re: LSU win), this weekend has been a great way to gear up for the games in Omaha.

LSU's comeback win yesterday should give them tons of momentum heading into tonight. The ripped apart the UC-I closer. It will be interesting to see who the Anteaters go to if they get into that kind of situation again today.

There should be more college baseball on tv the rest of the year.
Yesterday was a great day.

I'm curious to see who LSU will throw tonight.

I enjoyed the Miami-Arizona series the most from start to finish, really. Arizona State is in tussle with Fresno State now in a game 3 tonight as well.

Whew! It was a close game until the third batter for LSU in the bottom of the first jacked one over the fence and made it 3-0. And then the next batter cleared the fence and then the next batter did the same. :D Final tally was 21-7 LSU. The Tigers were 24 for 49 from the plate for a .490 avg. Awesome display of offense last night for those that missed it.

One helluva spectacle put on by LSU. A very fitting way to put the old stadium to rest.

I'm umpiring some Little League games on Saturday, so I'll miss most of the opening day.

Hey ump, a seeing-eye dog could call a better game than you.

Just thought I'd give you a little practice with the mom & pop abuse that will be thrown your way.

Good to see LSU go out with a win in The Box......their bats were awesome....Fresno State win over ASU was a exciting game also.....still have to go for Rice overall as sentimental favorite....not only are they the last school in that SLC team beat but they are great example of what can be done in baseball at a small (albeit wealthy) school...Bertman interview great...end of an era in coaching as these long-term guys retire....
