well, maybe in their corner of the state...

but I do like the last one at least!

I guess they do get a sliver of credit for trying to be creative?...maybe?

The fact they even included UCA on that shirt ought to tell them something...oh well

If you have to ask for respect then you usually don't deserve it.

I guess they printed these before the Nebraska game?

I've been wondering why I've been hearing all the ASU talk lately in the media, at work, around the watercooler. Must be all that respect they have.

It's so amazing that this ASU fan feels it necessary to put down other schools to try to boost themselves up. I guess low self-esteem will do that to you. I can't recall UCA wanting respect, earning it yes, wanting or demanding it no. I've always heard that UCA doesn't want to compete with the other schools, that they want to carve their own niche in the state. There are some ASU fans that hate UCA. There are some that like UCA or don't mind UCA because they don't pose much of a threat to a Sunbelt team because they're FCS. Who knows.

You guys need to chill. So one person printed up a silly shirt. I recall the shirts at UCA games a couple of years ago bragging about "12,000 students can't be wrong" or something to that effect. It's the exact same thing. Are you guys going to print up some new shirts now? :P

BTW, Trey, I have heard a lot of talk about UCA around the water cooler lately... every time someone opens scans the front page features by Ms. Shelton.

Don't flip out, I'm just ribbing you guys.

You obviously missed the point of my post..this ASU fan is putting down the other schools to raise ASU up. 12000 students can't be wrong didn't have anything to do with putting ASU down! Personally, I think it's a funny shirt, but sad at the same time.

COme on, Lu Hardin and his commercials, goals for enrollment, going to FCS before the money was there wasn't about respect? I know you guys have moved on from the Hardin era but it will take a little time for everyone else to catch up. The shirt isn't much of a slight at UCA.

How about a shirt with "UCA... plenty of parking now available"? 8)

Bwahhhaaa...UCA has never had enough parking..low or high enrollment. You're missing the drop off in enrollment Crump. It was with the concurrent enrollment not the average on campus enrollment. The parking hasn't changed..there's still no place to park now!

You might look up concurrent to see what that is defined as to clarify my statement.

ASU only got respect because Paul Stephens stole it.

I'm happy that stAte only needed 20 years of being I-A to feel proud enough to have shirts printed up that say they have the respect a school yet to finish its transition from D2 wants. That's awesome progress.

Hey at least we're important enough to make the shirt. Suck on that one, UAPB!!

The difference is that those commercials eventually became embarrassing to UCA. Or maybe that should be what's similar?

I'll be honest. I think the shirt would be comical even if UCA was left off of it. The shirt's first line alone = hours of laughter. In fact, I may buy one myself, frame it, put it in my office and look at it whenever I'm needing a good laugh.

Now guys, leave them alone. After they never said WHO this so called "respect" is coming from...

Maybe themselves?
