See where the rumor on the hill says Rotnei Clarke wants to transfer. Also said he was in Hot Springs the other night. The same night as Corliss....hmmmmm.

Doubt that would happen. Unlike in football, someone transferring to UCA from UAF would have to sit out a year. The Oklahoma schools would be more likely options.

Pretty sure his entire family moved over the Fayetteville when he started playing. Also think his sister is a volleyball player at UAF.

Why would transfers from Oklahoma be treated different under NCAA rules?

I think he is under the impression that he would rather transfer to one of the D1 schools in Oklahoma over another school in the state of AR.
