Sources told Klein that University of Georgia President Michael Adams asked for and received AD Damon Evans resignation. The official announcement would come Monday in Athens. Evans was arrested last Wednesday for drunk driving.

The word I heard is that the next day he was to sign a multi-year mega contract. Started partying a little early.
