I personally like the boys just because of Parcells, but I suspect they will die a slow death again this year.

7 wins
9 losses.

Burly Bear :roll:

he will be, although some of it isn't his fault either.

They will be okay this season! I think if they aren't 10-7 they will be above .500

On paper there is great reason to be excited.

QB= upgrade if even slightly form Vinny
RB= A healthy Jones last year likely would have gotten them into the playoffs.
WR= No big moves, but if Glenn is helathy they will be at least as good.
TE= One of the best in the NFL
OL= Still need another tackle.

Defense finally got some quality CBs to go alongside Newmna who played great at the end of the year. Rot Williams is awesome. The DL got much stronger with Ferguson, Ware, and Spears.

No reason they can't be a playoff team in today's NFL.

I got to agree about the TE, he is one ofthe best in the League. I sure enjoyed him in college at UT. He is the reason why I will watch a Cowboys game if it is on tv where I am.

Heck ya he is the best in the league, did you not watch him last year in the Pro Bowl or throughout the season. He is a beast!

I believe that is exactly what I said "I got to agree about the TE, he is one of the best in the League."

C'mon ... he's a stud no doubt (I begrudgingly watched him make several big plays in his career at UT), but let's not get ridiculous here. Best in the league? Nah. Definitely one of the best as Bear Fan noted, but I'd bet Tony Gonzales, Antonio Gates and Jeremy Shockey would probably like to discuss that with you.

yeah I'm glad you noted I did not say he is the best. Just one of them. But by no means the best. I like Todd Heap from Baltimore too, although his QB leaves some to be desired.

Also, I just read this...So long Tim Brown, not a ND or Raider fan, but he had a great career in the NFL. http://www.nfl.com/nflnetwork/story/8625208
