Credit the LSU center for actually centering the ball....otherwise there would have been no penalty on UTK.....I still think flim shows LSU also was in motion and that would have put the ball one yard further back due to offsetting penalities...LSU scored by only inches.....Miles is very lucky....LSU has the worst TO management of any team I have seen in a long time.....
