Kenny should be the one at least spending some time in court... if i were the cameraman, i'd sue... real fast.

i'm not the kind of guy that would just sue a famous person, but if someone rolls up to me for no reason and starts messing with my stuff (especially if it's on my person), i'm not taking that lightly, no matter who you are.

Is the metro area sheriff's or police departments going to persue charges, as simple assualt charges as they might be?

I guess there is still 'discussion' about him participating in the All Star game next week. I don't really think he should, but I guess if they feel his on field performance warrants inclusion in the the game and events, he should be allowed to go. Although I would imagine if he goes, his media interview time next Monday will be real interestsing!

I heard word today that Kenny would be allowed to play in the All-star game b/c his appeal won't be heard until after the game
